By downloading, installing, or using Final Clock ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Final Clock ("we," "our," or "us").

Final Clock is a mobile application that provides:

- Estimated life expectancy calculations based on lifestyle factors you provide

- Life visualization tools including a life grid

- Bucket list management features

- Shareable content including Death Certificates and results cards

- Motivational content and notifications

## Entertainment Purpose Only

**IMPORTANT: Final Clock is designed for entertainment and motivational purposes only.**

The life expectancy estimates, death dates, and related calculations provided by the App:

- Are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or prognosis

- Are based on general statistical data and the information you provide

- Should NOT be used to make health, financial, legal, or life decisions

- Do NOT predict actual date of death

- Are approximations for entertainment value only

**You acknowledge that no app can accurately predict when any individual will die.** The calculations are based on population-level statistics and your self-reported lifestyle factors, which may not reflect your actual health status.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice and health-related decisions.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Final Clock. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

## User Accounts and Data

### Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

- The accuracy of information you provide in the quiz

- Content you add to your bucket list

- Maintaining the security of your device

- Any activity that occurs through your use of the App

### Data Ownership

- You retain ownership of the personal information you provide

- By using the App, you grant us a license to use your data to provide the App's features

## In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

### Premium Features

Final Clock offers premium features available through in-app purchases:

- **Lifetime Access**: One-time purchase for permanent access to premium features

- **Annual Subscription**: Yearly recurring subscription

- **Monthly Subscription**: Monthly recurring subscription

### Payment Terms

- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store

- Prices are displayed in your local currency

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

### Cancellation and Refunds

- You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their policies

### Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods but will apply to renewals.

## Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

- Share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

- Use the App to harm yourself or others

- Misrepresent the App's results as actual medical predictions

- Use the App's results to make decisions about insurance, employment, or legal matters

## Intellectual Property

### Our Rights

Final Clock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

- The "Grim Reaper" character and associated content

- App design, graphics, and user interface

- Algorithms and calculations

- Text, quotes, and written content

### Your Rights

- You may share content generated by the App (Death Certificates, results cards, etc.) on social media and with friends

- You may not use App content for commercial purposes without written permission

- You may not claim ownership of App-generated content

## Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- MERCHANTABILITY

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

- NON-INFRINGEMENT

- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that:

- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

- Results will be accurate or reliable

- Any errors will be corrected

- The App will meet your expectations

## Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill

- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

- Any damages arising from decisions made based on App content

- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIFE EXPECTANCY CALCULATIONS ARE ESTIMATES FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY AND AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON THESE ESTIMATES.

## Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Final Clock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the App

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of any third-party rights

- Any content you share from the App

## Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

- Your right to use the App will cease immediately

- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability)

## Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date

- Posting a notice within the App

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

## Entire Agreement
